1.Preparing work contract and get it signed by employee.
2.Opening files for each employee give him Emp# etc...
3.Update addition and deletion of employees in Social Insurance Program, payment of monthly fees.
4.Investigating staff violations and the legal action to be taken.
5.Implementing and organizing the punitive and incentives rules and laws on staff as per rules and regulations.
6.To make sure that the action taken against the employee are according to rules and regulations.
7.Check the end of service benefit and final settlement of staff.
8.Execution of any other Government related assignments.
9.Records employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits etc...
10.Update employee files to provide information for payroll and other uses.
11.Examines employee files to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized persons.
12.Registration of working hours, overtime and vacation time.
13.Preparing the management circulars.
14.Reward advice and support employees on company benefits.
15.Working with senior managers advising on all staff issues.
16.Collect, compile and process all payroll data to ensure receipt of salaries by all employees of the allocated units of Elaf on time every month by Oracle- HRMS.
17.Manage and administer leave of all employees etc,
18.Responsible of the medical insurance file which including but not limited to unsure adding/deleting/updating/maintaining/ the employees data/file at the medical insurance company, and ensure that the employees use the medical insurance by the right way.
19.Reimburse HR related bills.
20.Assist, both internal as well as external auditors to enable them to complete the audit procedures smoothly and as per schedule.
21.Administer and preparing salary increases, promotions, transfer, and other benefits.
22.Other duties and responsibilities may arise if needed.
