Key features - ERP integration, third-party payment gateways, an easy to use Content Management System, automatic inventory synchronization, intuitive search and navigation, robust product information manager, and insightful analytics
Involved in Data Classification, Cleansing, Taxonomy Services, Schema mapping, Data De-duplication, Attribute Extraction, Enrichment services and more.

Project Description: Handling the major VMware Accounts like HP Japan and Dell India for Product installation and Support for corporate companies.
Responsibility
Installing VMware products, licensing VMware products and issues in sales order and Helping in creating license file for the VMware products
Help customers in adding and removing License Administrators for the license contracts. At times this involves troubleshooting via remote access.
In addition to the above, we also help the customer on order issues and helping them in finding and redeeming the Promo Codes which they receive from VMware.
A few of the Tools are used are Siebel and Salesforce as CRM, Oracle EBS and Discoverer Reports, Cisco WebEx ETC.
