• Preparing mechanical systems designs and drawings using AutoCad, Revit, Elite, HAP, and other software programs: Air-Conditioning, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Fire Alarm.
• Preparation of BoQ, technical drawings, general & special specifications, reports, and detailed calculations and simulations.

• Preparation of BoQ, technical drawings, general & special specifications, reports, and detailed calculations and simulations to assess the performance of mechanical systems.
• Perform feasibility studies and cost analysis to evaluate the viability of the project designs.
• Coordinate with other engineers and specialists to ensure the successful integration of mechanical systems.
• Preparing job assessments and conducting site visits. • Delivering suggestions and recommendations of modifications, improvements or recovery/maintenance after monitoring and evaluation of the mechanical system performance.

• Project Planning using Primavera and Microsoft Project.
• Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm.
• Plumbing (Water Supply and Sanitation) of buildings.

• Revision of drawings and the work plan, and contributing in preparing project timeline plan.
• Preparing and following-up on the necessary documents to launch site works (shop drawings, coordination drawings, etc.).
• Preparing detailed list of machines, equipment, tools and manpower necessary to accomplish all activities.
• Preparing Reports, and following up any legal and\or other necessary work permits.
• Supervising water projects and tracking work flow according to designs and project schedule.
• Selecting suitable water units for private sector projects.
• Water Quality and Quantity Tests.
• Participating in analyzing and resolution project malfunctioning/problems.
• Preparing project Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Safety and Security Plan (SSP), implementing protection procedures and mitigation measures, ensuring the necessary safety measures for risks elimination/mitigation and ensuring committing to them (SMP/OHS/LMP), and using the right and adequate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) besides other necessary health and safety tools/equipment, and revision of Environmental and Social Risks appraisal.
