- Protecting the Bank from potential financial or reputational damage and ensures that the bank does not breach any local laws or statutory requirements.

- Interact with all the departments in the bank for providing all kinds of legal advice, preparing contracts, settlements or reviewing various contracts and providing comments.

- Externally, interact with IBSA, SABB Takaful, SABB Insurance Company etc. for all kinds of legal advice and also represents them in court / other various committees.

- Interact with the General Court, Board of Governance, SAMA Committee, CMA Committee & Commercial Papers committee for resolution of various legal cases.
