- Communicate with the tenants for lease renewals and rent payment along with resolve any concerns to maintain long and good working relationship with the tenants.
- Lead meetings and negotiations with potential clients and to pursue business opportunities.
- Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and security services to ensure efficient operations for tenants’ satisfaction.
- Work with legal to ensure all agreements, leases and documents are in compliance with rules and regulations outlined by government entities.
- Develop strategic plans for maintenance department
- Create an online form for maintenance requests
- Prepare a price list for maintenance services
- Prepare facilities layouts for maintenance department
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads
