Primary Job Responsibilities
Oversee youth-lead training sessions conducted by YP youth facilitators in local communities
o Contribute to design and curricula revisions
o Monitor, report on, and improve quality of youth-lead training
o Ensure feedback and evaluation results incorporates accordingly
Mentor and coach teams of YP youth facilitators while conducting the learning sessions within
their communities
o Build facilitators’ capacities as trainers and program managers
Coordinate YP partners/stakeholders for youth-lead TL training in communities; ensure targeted
participant populations represented
Ensure quality of youth-lead training, and training support provided by YP across all
regions/communities
Work closely with the logistics and admin staff in the field office, assuring logistical support to
each training session is secured
o Ensure participant support (travel allowances, food) are arranged and executed
o Arrange for venues, training supplies, and production of training materials
Prepare weekly progress reports on all ongoing activities, with a focus on the achieved goals
Establishing learning clubs based on community needs.
Arrange for venues, training supplies, and production of training materials for the learning clubs.
Hire focal points for each learning clubs and the same learning clubs in the communities should
coordinating together to negotiate their difficulties.
Contribute to design and curricula revisions to the learning clubs.
Manage the learning clubs by preparing the action plan, concept notes, budget to each clubs.
Prepare weekly progress learning clubs reports on all ongoing activities, with a focus on the
achieved goals and PAVAL.
Mentor and coach teams of YP youth facilitators while conducting the learning clubs sessions
within their communities and Schools
Ensure feedback and evaluation results incorporates accordingly.
Mentor and coach teams of YP youth Youth Advisory Council 2020 within their communities and
Schools.
Any other support required and assigned by the supervisor.
نعمل في مشروع Youth power Jordan منهجية هذا المشروع تقوم على إشراك الشباب في عملية صنع القرار في مجتمعاتهم وظيفتي كمسؤول التخطيط والارتباط الشبابي العمل مع الشباب ومتابعتهم والتخطيط والتدريب والعمل على بناء مشروع لهم في نهاية الفترة الخاصة لكل منطقة .
تدريب الشباب في الجامعات على عدة مفاهيم (الديموقراطية ، الاحزاب ، حقوق الانسان ، اللامركزية ) لزيادة الوعي لدى الشباب، بعد هذه المرحلة يتم تدريبهم على مهارات كسب التاييد والعمل على حملات كمشاكل القوانين والتسرب المدرسي وقانون 308 بعض من الحملات المشاركة في هذا البرنامج ويوجد الكثير من الحملات من قبل الشباب المشاركين في هذا البرنامج .
تدريب مجموعة من اليافعين الشباب من الاردنيين واللاجئين السوريين على مجموعة من المواضيع (الاساءة ، الديموقرطية ، حقوق الانسان ) وغيرها من المواضيع بالشركة مع منظمة UNHCR
