Job Responsibilities:-
• Responsible for Nour Net (ISP) Remote Link for ETE Readymix Monitoring & Coordination with NOC Team in case of Maintenance issues just to ensure the End-to-End connectivity Status.
• Responsible for ITC (ISP) Remote Link for ETE Readymix Monitoring & Coordination with NOC Team in case of Maintenance issues just to ensure the End-to-End connectivity Status.
• Responsible to provide the End-to-End Connectivity for all Local Links (AirFiber, Ubnt, Wireless Access Point).
• Generate a Report for the Remote Links for QOS Provided by the ISP.
• Assists in the Management of Wireless Access Point in LAN.
• Organized Survey for Remote Site Internet (STC, Mobily, Stc). Availably Requirement and Deploy them efficiently in the existing LAN Network.
• Responsible to Provide Full Coordination and Support to the Help-Desk Team for Daily (TT's)Troubleshooting Issues related to Desktop, Printer, Plotter, Access-Point, Software, IP Telephone, Fax-Machine.
• Assists and Coordinate with Help-Desk Team for the Preparation of PR and Follow up with Procurement Dept. just to ensure the ON Time Delivery as per requirement.
• Follow-Up with Help-Desk Team to ensure the Qos as per SLA regarding Daily Task.
