Overall supervision of the PMC (PC & MARINE) business in processing, delivery and customer handling, and customer relationship initiatives. − Creation of Picking Lists upon order receiving and sharing with the logistics (Internal/3PL) along with all required documents. − Sales orders (SOs) coordination between Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain. − Daily checking of Outstanding Sales Orders and follow-up for deliveries. − Supporting Walk-in customers in the Warehouse (WH) and following up with logistics and sales. − Interaction with Logistics for customer deliveries. − Interaction with production and follow-up for any kind of non-available items. − Giving answers to the customer for their queries by checking with related departments. − To request the Technical Team (Production, Lab, and R&D) for Re-work and Re-labeling requests when required. − To initiate the CN requests and obtain necessary approvals. − Coordinate with related departments (Finance, and Logistics) for CN issuance.
Monitoring FOB shipments to DOW Company through Saudi Arabia ports inJubail and Dammam. Monitoring DAP & FOB shipments to SABIC regional warehouses inJubail and Dammam. Monitoring shipping lines containers free time and detentions. Developing a tracking sheet to track shipping lines containers movements throughout the process. Developing an excel sheet to calculate containers aging time and detention cost. Reporting an executive daily report of sea shipments status, shipped volume, vessels schedules, ETAs & ETDs. Reporting an executive daily report of local shipments progress, warehouses performance and fleet status.
