As the Regional Manager for the Eastern Region, I am responsible for overseeing and managing sales, operations, and logistics. My leadership encompasses guiding a sales team, merchandising team, and logistics team in the Eastern Region. Our sales team includes 1 Branch Manager, 5 Sales Supervisors, and 14 Sales Representatives, while the merchandising team is composed of one supervisor and 12 merchandisers. Additionally, the logistics team is led by 3 Warehouse Supervisors overseeing 18 laborers. Some of the key accomplishments and roles that define my performance in this position are:

As the Sales Manager, I oversee and manage sales, operations, and logistics in Dammam. Our sales team includes 3 sales supervisors and 10 sales representatives, with a merchandising team led by 1 supervisor and 12 merchandisers, and a logistics team managed by a warehouse supervisor and 12 workers. My role encompasses managing operations, training the team, acquiring new customers, launching new products, and executing strategic activities to enhance customer relationships. Under my leadership, the Dammam branch was recognized as the best in the Kingdom in 2020 with a 38% growth, followed by achieving top performance in 2021 with a 42% growth and setting a new sales record. This success persisted through 2023, maintaining the title of the best branch for four consecutive years. I am dedicated to sustaining sales growth, optimizing costs, overseeing sales activities, promotions, and campaigns, and guiding the recruitment and training of sales representatives. I analyze sales data, address customer concerns, set pricing strategies, represent the organization to stakeholders, and make informed decisions to enhance performance and resource allocation.
Furthermore, I prioritize cultivating relationships with key clients, setting sales targets, monitoring the sales teams performance, identifying new market opportunities, and designing and executing regional sales strategies to ensure exceptional market performance across the Kingdom from 2020 to 2023.
