Establish and implement digital transformation strategy for EPG group integrating all silo entities to form a digital ecosystem with unified back and front end management.
Manage in-person digital initiative derived from EPG 5 year’s strategy to impact positive incremental EBITDA.
Develop reporting mechanism for CXOs and the group CEO and meet on a bi-monthly basis (Executive Management Council “EMC”) to measure roadmap deliverables and to agree on new directions or steps towards digital strategy.
