Virtualization solutions (Hyper-V, VM ware).
Network troubleshooting.
Configures ADSL Hardware.
Provides technical support to hospitals, service
centers, corporate business centers and individual
users.
Support Marketing Activities.
Continuously enhance technical skills through
product training and workshop.
Responsible for the interfacing between Yalla Online
and Telecom Egypt.
Responsible for technician movements & ADSL
installation
Supervises a teamwork for following up on work
orders and contracting with telecom Egypt.
Organizes the work orders invoices and official
documents for each line
Creates the database for all our company lines & our
clients on excel sheet responsible for meeting
customers and explain our company service.
Handles Client inquiries.
Supports Yalla Online customers by inbound &
outbound calls.
