Duties & Responsibilities:
• Following up on the process of electricity, transmission and distribution of high voltage and medium voltage.
• Follow up on automated control processes.
• Design and follow-up of alternative energy systems
• Electrical power system protection.
• Plan and conduct scheduled and preventive maintenance.
• Create maintenance procedures conduct periodic inspection of the factory automated machines and systems.
• Responding to any type of electrical and mechanical failure.
• diagnose faults and prepare repair equipment.
• Supervising the assistant technical staff.
• Obtaining specialized components, fixtures and fittings.
• Maintain statistical records of equipment malfunctions and follow health and safety procedures.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Ensure that machinery and equipment are maintained in good working order.
• Ensure that machinery and equipment meet safety regulations.
• Repair replace broken or defective components.
• Inspect repaired components and machines.
- Installing electrical power, generators and backup power for Zain Telecommunications Company sites.
- Installing and maintaining UPS devices, monitoring their performance and the efficiency of the entire system and its impact on the internal network and organizing their work to extend the life of the batteries and reduce the cost of regular maintenance.
- Design and establish IT networks according to engineering designs, connect internal and external IT networks, servers and routers, and connect all devices that need to be connected to internal networks in accordance with known standards and protocols in this field.
