Responsibilities:-
• Reviewing Project Engineering and Vendor Documents / Drawings related to electrical, Telecom & security systems as per KOC Standards and Contract documents.
• Maintaining Transmittal / Submittal work flow within the electrical department and necessary follow up for the timely submission of engineering/vendor documents & drawings to KOC.
• Preparation of Datasheets, Material Requistions, TBE, RAM, Work Method Statement, BOQ, Electrical & FOC cable drum Schedules, Material Take offs for Electrical & Telecom systems such as Power Panels, Lighting fixtures, H.T & L.T cables, Earthing, FOC, HDPE Ducts and Subducts, Splice Enclosures with all related accessories.
• In charge for Construction activities for Electrical, Telecom & Security systems
• Maintaining Weekly & Monthly progress reports within the department.

Appointed as an Internal Auditor in electrical department

Project : Expansion of AL-Adan Hospital Project, Kuwait

Employed as Electrical Engineer in Sayed Hamid Behbehani & Sons Co.W.LL (SHBC).

 The project scope including all electrical works for the Construction of Health, Region, administration and Car Park (HRA) Buildingwhich facilities Major Equipments in Chiller Plant Room, Boiler room, Pump room and11KV Substation.

Responsibilities:-
• Incharge of site construction activities for H.T / L.Tsystems, electrical services such as Power, Lighting, Cable route, Earthing, Lightning Protection&L.V systemssuch as FA, Security / Time Attendance, Structure cabling, Public address, IPCCTV, Wi-Fi, Clock.

• Reviewed/Modified Electrical & L.V system engineering design documents (Design Development Drawings, Single line diagrams, riser diagrams, Schematic Layouts, Shop Drawings as per (MEW S- 1)General Specification and Regulations for Electrical Installation.
• Ensuring electrical facilities for different starter panels (DOL, Star delta, Soft starters), VFDs and Isolators/Control panels feeding various pumps/units.
• Worked as Central coordinator for SBM Electrical (Software Module developed for Material Handling - purchase, material receival & issual process, QA/QC inspection reports, Accounting, HR/Manpower detail and monitoring activities)
• Physical Inspection and facilitating Consultant Engineer / Inspector for checklist inspection after the completion of work activity at site.

Employed as Electrical SiteEngineer in Sayed Hamid Behbehani & Sons Co.W.LL (SHBC).As a Holder of KOC Work Permit Authoization Card, in charge of site construction activities for H.T, L.T, electrical & Low Voltage Instrument Systems.

 The project scope included all electrical works for the Construction of New Ahmadi Hospital & Residential Buildings with Major Equipments and facilities in Boiler, Pump& Chiller Plant Room, Heat Exchanger and LPG Storage Tank, 11KV Substation building.
Responsibilities:-
• Prepared Load Schedules, Power and Control Cable Schedules from Switchgear / Switchboard Schematic Drawings.
• Installation and testing of Cu Bus ducts, Power & control cables of H.T/ L.T Panels, Transformers, Generators, UPS and Switch board panels such as MSBs, MCCs, DBs (Hi-Pot / Insulation Resistance Test / Continuity test).
• Managing the Installation, testing and commissioning of Switchgear / Switchboard panels (11KV, 3.3KV, 415V), Capacitor Banks (2400kVar 11KV), UPS Systems (110V DC & AC UPS-415V 3Ph 40kVA / 60kVA / 80kVA / 100kVA), UDS/RMUs(TR rating 1000KVA, 11/0.433KV), 3.3 KV & 415V CAT Generators, transformers(7500KVA, 11/3.3KV&1000/2000/2500KVA, 11/0.415KV)associated switch board& control panels in 11KV Substation.
• Installation of Electrical systems such as power, lighting, cable route, earthing/lightning protection, Low Voltage Instrument Systems such as Fire Alarm, Security / Access Control, Data, Telecommunication Systems etc.
• Ensured compliance with KOC standards.

Employed as Trainee Instrumentation Engineer / Graduate Engineer Apprentice in maintenance department.

 Interpretation of P&IDs and Loop drawings
 Calibration, Servicing & maintenance of field instruments
 Breakdown maintenance, corrective and preventive action
 Major scope includes commissioning/maintenance/servicing of PLC controlled automatic machines and calibration of field instruments.
• Involved in the commissioning, trouble shooting and maintenance of PLC controlled machines Utility equipments, Boiler systems.
• Programming and Installation of SIEMENS (S7 200, S7 300) PLCs using Siemens Step7 Microwin & Simatic Manager and Omron PLCs using Syswin.4, CX-One programming software and configuring HMI’s for automating various machines.
• Has gained exposure in PID controllers, Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, RTD, Shaft Encoders, Pressure Switches.
• Operation and fault finding of P/I, I/P converters, limit Switches, Photocells, Solenoid Valves, Control Valves, Load cells, electroinc timers etc.
• Calibration of various electronic and pneumatic indicators, recorders and controllers, flow and level measuring and controlling instruments and PID controllers.
• Interpretation of P&IDs and Loop drawings
• As a member of the Instrumentation team for IMS audit 2011, Has done statistical process control (SPC), linearity, bias, stability, and GRR study for measurement system analysis (MSA) and necessary documentation work of calibration.
• Involved in the erection of tyre curing presses and breakdown and preventive maintenance.
• Work experience in SAP-production module such as material handling, attendance and work log entry etc.
• Implementation processes related to IMS (Integrated Management System)
• 5S methodology implementation at Instrumentation Lab and Crib units.
