Input over 5000 issue request into the ADDMIS supply system ensuring uninterrupted maintenance support on aircraft.
•Created over 3000 requisitions into the CMRO system to release or backorder as determined by system availability of assets.
•Initiated over 500 new parts creation requests to planners and buyers as required by maintenance thus precluding downtime due to lack of new parts.
•Briefs and trains all maintainers on proper procedures and paperwork required for not repaired this station ( NRTS ), return to supply ( RTS ) and scrap turn ins. To insure expeditious assets routing on unserviceable, Serviceable and unneeded assets.
•Ensures the daily transmissions of reports, Issue Report and Tail Number ( TNB )and follow on maintenance ( FOM ) report for management daily briefing.
•Completed from maintenance ( DIFM ) updates on over 500 repairable assets ensuing 100 percent input accuracy to work-center and status codes input into the repair process system.
•Expertly maintains and updates the TNB/FOM listing to reflect all daily changes adds receipt and issues of assets by ensuring sing in and out procedures are adhered to by all.
•Knowledgeable on all supply procedures and maintenance technical orders and references.
•Expertly manages and controls all assets identified in Awaiting Parts ( AWP ) status by matching parts against end item assigned to applicable back shops by review and validation process to ensure requirements to vendors are assigned thru planners and buyers as required.
•Submitted over 80 Aircraft on Ground ( AOG ) requests immediately to the Mission Capability Section ( MICAP ) section to increase mission effectiveness.
