Oversee end-to-end procurement activities, including development of clear baselines for each project in order to meet business requirements. Delivered corporate services, such as oil analysis, video inspection program, and mobile lab while recommending corrective, preventive, and predictive actions. Tracked and forecasted yearly consumption and budget related to marketing items and other investments for all OEMs. Developed and delivered unique customer value proposition (CVP) for Automotive OEMs.
