Professional experience :Last job profile was working as a Warehouse Supervisor in International Maritime Logistics from Aug 2006 until Dec 2014. Job profile includes but not limited to,
• Handling accounts of various Business enterprises and cater to their Warehousing, Logistical, imports, exports, transportation and Shipping requirements.
• Handling Dubai Customs documentation. Clearing the shipping documents (for e.g Transfers, Imports, Exports etc) as per the clients requirement.
• Supervising and planning all the warehouse activities including but not limited to packaging, Storage of goods, Stuffing/De stuffing, Any other Value added services as required by a Client,
• Coordinating with Inter departments, plan and execute the requirements pertaining to the Imports, Exports, Storage, Packing, Documentation, Distribution etc.
• Train and develop the Operations team to deliver excellent performance at all times and ensure that all staff are aware of company policies, procedures and developments through effective team briefings.
• Plan resources to achieve daily task plans to minimize overtime and ensure execution of core operational service levels. Supervise and improve daily warehousing operations (receiving, put away, inventory, picking, packing, delivery) in line with agreed operational plans and targets
• To develop optimal route plans with the existing transport fleet and optimising the usage with the help of these plans to carry out the deliveries/collections as per the clients requirement.
• Supervise and monitor all of the above in accordance with the rules and procedures laid down by the Ports and Customs authority including EHS, JAFZA health safety, DP world and the Freezone authority.
• Accenture services, Mumbai, India: Employed as a Customer service executive from July 2004 to Aug 2005, to cater to the US customers for trouble shooting the Internet connectivity issues.
• ABB Transmission & Distribution Ltd., Abu Dhabi, UAE: Employed as a Project assistant from Dec 2001 to April 2003, mainly for Project documentation of several large substation projects and establishment of documentation system for ISO certification of the company.
