Inspector for Western Region businesses including all types of food activities (Restaurants, Cafiterias, Groceries, Labor Camps, Hotels).
Member of HACCP for Catering Project (2010-2012)
Member of HACCP Auditing Team (2011-2012)
Member of HACCP Codes of Practice Drafting Team (2012). Output includes 8 Codes for different sectors of the catering industry
Responsibilities include:
Preparing and delivering all in house training including Production and Proccessing training, customer satisfaction, Food Safety and Hygein, upselling and Managerial Skills for Retail Management Team.
Inspecting, troubleshooting, and assessing any production or equipment problems
Directing and managing store sales efforts, which may include Hot Light times, retail sales, fundraising, up-selling, and route sales
Demonstrating safety consciousness and promoting store safety, e.g. shoes, floor cones, MVR’s, etc.
Maintaining a high level of store sanitation and cleanliness, e.g. cleaning schedules, training, etc.
Understanding and implementing store quality control procedures, including standards
