Started in CHAP (Change Academy Program) where a 7 month training covered the Business Analysis as per the IIBA standards, and Project Management as per the PMI standards.
Covered Two years in Project Management where I was part of the project management team for several projects and programs in IT infrastructure, Software development and deployment, and Hardware deployment across the kingdom.
Currently working as a business analyst where my responsibility are as follows:
- Requirement Eliciting and Analysis
- Requirement Organization and Documentation
- Requirement Management and Communication
- Verifying Technical Solutions
- Develop Solution Test plan for end users
+ Analyzing client data and planning for future flow.
+ Coordinating the flow of prospected clients in the JPC.
+ Managing the caseload size of the customer service representatives.
+ Arranging employers’ events in the branch.
+ Assuring data accuracy in the system by analyzing various reports.
+ Acting as Super User over the system in the Dammam branch.
+ Acting as a liaison between end users and programmers.
+ Facilitating online sharing services such as Google Documents to improve internal communications.
Participated in a team project & I accomplished the database design of the new email.
Designed and developed a web interface for the old Database using MS. Visual Studio (C# and ASP.net).
During my academic studies, I participated in the following projects: Google Ad Word Online Campaign Competition: Participated in the campaign competition 2009, and was rated as a “Strong Campaign”. Personal Accounting System: Team Leader, to design and develop the system on MS Access for a course project. Decision Support System: Worked with a group for a course project to create a decision support system using “EXSYS” tools. Human Resources System: Leader for a group of 5 people, designing and developing the system on MS Access for a course project.
