• Data entry for all affiliate Co-op open slot and sharing it with Education Institute.
• Assist on issuing SAP ID for Co-op students. Maintain good channels of communication with ER specialist.
• Arranging the CO-OP first week Course in Jubail and Riyadh
• Assist on preparing the SABIC course evaluation, Co-op certifications and Clearance upon the Co-op accomplishment
o Payment Section: (18-Oct-2016) to (26-Jan-2017)
• Receiving and updating the invoices in the ECM.
• Creating the PR, SES, and GR for the payment of each invoice.
• Communicate efficiently with the vendors and solve problems.
• Preparing monthly reports for the management to insure the accuracy of payment follow-up.
Prepare settlement for each month to cooperate with the finance Department.
