Business forecasting was the key to move forwards and achieve the TOP 10 in the west coast. Also, operating a long-term relationship with the customers after sales to keep them.
Reason for leaving: Finishing my education in the US.
Directing on-board/off-board process of training and development and identifying the talents. We introduced a new software system to the company to work with data analysis and promoting the communication system within the company.
Reason for leaving: short-term contract.
Facilitating human resources processes and monitoring the company treasury’s activities. Also, we have successfully took the initiative to transform the company’s activities from using paper copies to computers with the caution of the fast growing.
Reason for leaving: Starting my education in the US to have the maximum capacity of knowledge to translate it in the workplace.
All the HR responsibilities including the payroll, hiring, and fingerprint monitoring were applied. Also, we were able to start a new program of training the employees to improve the work flow.
Reason for leaving: learning English in the US.
