• Ensure products are stored on their correct conditions codes and/or segregated areas. Quarantine/scheduled products are stored as per Saudi Food & Drug Administration requirements.
• Ensure damaged product is quarantined to mitigate exposure and risk
• Ensure batch control and bin control allocation in order to implement a FEFO (First Expiry First Out) inventory management process.
• Ensure that physical environment is duplicated systematically and continuously updated and aligned.
Look at Possible Areas to Improve Inefficiencies and Reduce Cost
• Streamline operational efficiencies.
Follow up on daily cycle counts and plan your stock counts

• Monitor Service levels in warehouse operations based on various KPI’s and SLA’s set by each client.
Maintain high level of housekeeping
• Ensure good housekeeping and safe work environment.
Check and update.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse product master processes.
Train and empower
• Junior management empowering and training.
• Training of regulatory requirements as per Saudi Food & Drug Administration and SOP’s, job descriptions, process flows, etc.
Monitor timekeeping and performance.
• Motivate staff and monitor performance.
Health and Safety disciplines.
• Fully up to date wrt to health and safety warehouse compliance and in line with regulatory warehousing requirements set by Saudi Food & Drug Administration.
• Ensure maintenance contracts are updated and monitored, pest control, cleaning services, etc.
Equipment
• Ensure maintenance contracts are maintained and updated on all equipment required for the operation, including generators, temperature loggers, air-conditioners, material handling equipment, fridges, freezers, firefighting, alarms, etc.
• Maintain schedule and log books of all work conduct on equipment and premises.
• Ensure all IT equipment is in working condition and periodically checked as per IT policy, logs maintained.
Print daily reports and action.
