• Building networks, CCTV and VPN infrastructure from A to Z for Medicina pharmacies.
• Configuring VPN connections for all pharmacies around UAE to main office servers, Troubleshoot and resolve issues with WAN, VLAN, firewall, VPN, etc, cisco wireless management switches.
• Managing Cisco and Avaya IP phones.
• Setting up polices for back-up, Blocking certain website and implementing security policies
• Solving OS problems on site or remotely using remote desktop programs, like: Remote Admin and TeamViewer, Fixing printers (normal, copy machines, receipt and barcode printers).
• Preparing LPOs for IT devices.
• IP and Anaolog CCTV camera monitoring and Time attendance machines monitoring.
• Online and telephone support 24/7
• Installing and fixing operating systems: Windows 8, 7, XP Server 2008, programs used on this: Norton Ghost and Acronis programs.
• Networking: network printers installing and fixing its problems, network cabling, fixing RJ45 and following up shortcuts on cables among a network.
• I was evaluating PCs and if it needs any upgrades.
• Installing and fixing operating systems: Windows XP, 7, Server 2000, 2003, and 2008, programs used on this: Norton Ghost and Acronis programs.
