As a Commercial Coordinator, I am responsible for optimizing commercial operations within organization. This includes overseeing schedules, ensuring sales sufficiency, and processing sales orders through ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and NetSuite. I am proficient in managing vendor portals such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, and Jaggaer, and other applicable portals, ensuring effective and up-to-date company registrations. Additionally, I assist with general administration duties, organize corporate events, and liaise with clients or vendors to ensure timely communication. Through my efforts, I contribute to achieving business objectives and maximizing organizational efficiency.
