•Ensured effective communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures across KSA offices.
•Collecting daily, weekly, and monthly employee time sheets.
•Controlling the employees' attendance.
•Coordinated activities related to organizing employee engagement, rewards & recognition, and resolving grievances to enhance employee satisfaction.
•Interacted with team leaders and reporting authorities in conducting performance appraisals of employees.
•Responsible for processing payroll and updating payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, deductions, job title, and department/division transfers.
•Update GOSI information.

Duties:

•Successfully restored HRDF claims issues. Actively participated in industry-related salary survey for KSA and recommended remediation to the senior management based on identified process gaps.

•Followed up with the insurance company for resolving employee insurance-related issues as well as settlement of various reported claims.
•Update GOSI information.
•EOSB Calculation.
Duties:
•Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
•Providing payroll information by answering questions and requests.
•Preparing the overtime sheets for the employees
•Get a bank account for the new non-Saudi employees.
•Controlling the employees' attendance.
