▪ Support Establishing new resourcing team and practice for KSA and MENA assurance
▪ Working closely with assurance MENA & KSA COOs, Utilization Champion, and Audit Group Leaders
▪ Working closely with Finance and HR operation teams

▪ Audit team deployments and utilization
▪ Working with recruitment team in identifying KSA Audit hiring needs in alignment with budget
▪ Managing secondment from other EY offices based on business requirement
▪ New joiners and Secondees deployment and utilization
▪ Managing the KSA Resourcing reports and leadership dashboard
▪ Managing Centre of Excellence and Global Delivery Services related KSA utilization
Managing KSA Assurance recruitment for internal and external candidates
Managing headcount budget (resignation, new hire & vacancies)
Staff deployments and utilization in assurance engagements
Working with assurance partners and engagement leaders related to engagements staffing
Engagements budget and Manpower Planning
Identify unstaffed engagements for recruitment purposes or secondment from other PwC offices
New Hire and Secondees deployment in unstaffed engagements
Interns deployment, utilization and evaluation
Managing the KSA Resourcing reports
Managing KSA Learning & Development for Assurance
Drafting the new KSA Professional Qualification policy and training agreement
Creating new and complete database with all staff Professional Qualification status
KSA Professional Qualification annual budget
Closely working with PwC Academy in delivering the Professional Qualification programs
Working on Assurance annual training curriculum
Managing KSA Assurance Centre of Excellence
Support KSA Assurance with SOCPA and CMA filling
Accountable of Employer Branding
Responsible of campuses contact for participating in Career Days & injecting coops into the Group
Running the Management Trainee Program & Executive Trainee Program
In charge of negotiate, inject, evaluate & eliminate the Group Talent Sources
Talent Acquisition process creator
The Group Competencies Validation & Mapping
Crating & running the Group companies’ manpower plans in all regions throughout the year
Supervising the Recruitment team and all recruitment process
Responsible of the recruitment reports & records
Weekly meetings with the team members individually & monthly meetings with the team
Evaluating the team members & recommending their trainings needs
Organizing the career days
Negotiate with Recruitment Sources
Receiving and updating companies’ manpower plan.

Dealing with the recruitment agencies (Local &Overseas)
Coordinating with Government Relations, Personnel and Compensation & Benefits departments.
Maintaining all required employment records.
Assist work colleagues and follow up with their tasks.
