o Work as an assessor with assessment centers and assess the targeted competencies of the company for nominated Unit Heads and Section Heads.
o Analyze leadership behaviors for candidates as a part of employee development effort.
o Perform employee/leadership assessment through competency based interview (CBI) method.
o Coordinate with Succession and Career Path Section for potential leaders of sections and units.
o Liaise with international HR offices for adopting and launching new assessment tools for potential leaders and targeted talents in the company.
o Assist experts in designing the material of assessment centers.
o Receive, review and analyze all requests for leadership assessment from any department in the company.
Saudi Electricity Company
Responsible for the recruiting and hiring all local and foreign non-Saudi
candidates of the company. Leading a team of 8 members with the following
tasks:
o Coordination with different departments for their manpower needs and requirements.
o Approving of recruitment requisitions in Success Factors System and allocating them to the proper recruiter.
o Sourcing, evaluating, interviewing and selecting candidates.
o Negotiating and extending job offers.
o Visa applications for new hires in coordination with HR partners.
o Visa processing by foreign recruiting agencies and necessary coordination with Saudi Embassies and Cultural Attaches.
o Deployment and on boarding process.
o Working on Success Factors System.
Managing the Administration Department of Company with a team of 30
employees under my supervision ( Company Manpower is 230 employees
(Male/Female) as follows:
o Closing Agreements with service providers (Car Providers -
Courier - Services - Recruiting Agency - HRDF - Others).
o Staff Transportation.
o Information Technology Issues.
o Staff Payroll.
Maintaining the current business of the company by monitoring/tracking
different business units’ performance and services as well as developing the
company business by looking for new customers, suppliers and all other
activities of business development.
Handling the full recruitment process for Saudi nationals in coordination with
the other departments as below:
o Receiving CVs - Arranging interviews - Interviewing candidates -
Hiring.
o Working closely with training department by contacting and visiting
different industrial institutes and colleges in order to attract fresh
graduates for joining company's training program.
o Dealing with Labor office and regional colleges for hiring co-up
students and summer students.
o Working to compromise an agreement with Human Resources
Development Fund for new hired staff.
as a contractor employee with Saudi Aramco in Projects and Strategic
Purchasing Dept. as a buyer in Dhahran as follows:
o Maintaining Production Delivery Schedule Report. For Pipes.
o Handling bids, quotations and vendors.
o Processing the successful bidders in SAP system.
o Expediting and following up the shipments.
UNDP is a part of United Nations Organization (Non-Profit Organization) where the purpose of their existence in KSA is to assist the government of Saudi Arabia to accomplish the government projects. below are the tasks I was handling:
o Financial and administrative issues for staff of projects in the country. (5 projects).
o Processing payments, salaries, expenditure reports and combined delivery reports quarterly.
o Following up the annual auditing for projects.
o Estimating the delivery rate for the current year.
o Following up the visa issuance for experts and visitors to visit the country.
o Dealing with comprehensive financial system which is called ATLAS.
The company has several divisions where I was working under Exel Freight
Company with the following tasks:
o Logistics & Customs Clearance for Chemical tanks.
o Coordinating the shipments of customers with our abroad agents.
o Booking the tanks into vessels.
o Delivery (Door to Door).
o Dealing with Sea port Customs to clear the shipments.
o Legalization Documents.
o Making follow up reports for customers.
o Finical issues.
o Raising bills.
o Settling bills.
