I'm responsible for the security, maintenance and soft services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organisation and its employees.
Managing more than 60 facilities within an entity in Saudi Arabia.
Managing one central facility with a total area of 37, 000 square meters.
Create and ensure processes and procedures are adhered to by the teams
• Contributes to setting capital and operating expense budget forecasting and quarterly accrual projections.
• Manages all facilities RFP’s, including Project Plan, Site meetings, SOW, Specifications as per SLSC SOPs
• Develop Master PPM schedule and execution plan as per corporate standards
• Maintain all Facilities “Work Flow Process”
• Manages facility’s preventive/corrective/predictive maintenance programs including vendor management and work quality assessment guidelines.
• Benchmark and implant FM process, for General maintenance of following systems; HVAC/ELEC/MECH/FF.
• Performs site inspections to identify enhancement and renovation projects, provide facility audit and inspect the quality of vendors vs performed service/project work.
• Supports business continuity by proactive planning for and responding to calamities or localized emergencies.
• Facilitate the flow of work between operations, support, and Project managements teams through proactive involvement with acquisitions, a remoulding of systems, making specification recommendations based on empirical data, analyzes trends and life cycle cost of equipment and materials to support changes and enhancement.
• Ensure application of annual maintenance contracts AMC agreements and is responsible for approving the AMC contracts before the station can renew with the same or new service provider.
• Manage KPIs and SLA of the service provider (s)
• Lead the implementation and effective use of CAFM
• Leads energy conservation on-site by introducing retro fit-outs and best practices
• Strive for continuous improvement for processes.
• Promotes value engineering with system repairs or ADHOC projects
• Advising businesses on measures to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the facility
• Facilitate the implementation of BCP in case of emergency
• Forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements
• Overseeing any renovations, refurbishments, and building projects
• Overall facilities assessment for nay new facility onboarding
• Is responsible for the commissioning and takeover of new facilities.
• Helping with office relocations
• Drafting and submitting quarterly maintenance reports to Global FM to reduce cost without compromising quality and standards.
• Handling All Soft Services, Cleaning, Securities, and Landscaping.

I am working as a maintenance engineer for two hotels Hilton & Waldorf Astoria. Responsible
for maintaining the facilities guest rooms, public areas, offices, and staff accommodations, in the
hotels continuing an effort to deliver outstanding guest services 24/7.

incidental carpentry, masonry, and painting and plasterwork.
vi. Review and maintain maintenance logs and maintenance budgets, and complete all

vii. Instruct team in how to dispose of hazardous materials following established OSHA
procedures.
viii. Training the team to achieve the best performance and improve productivity.
