• Developing scorecards for New Origination Application in cooperation with Qarar.
• Responsible for the leadership, innovation, governance, and management necessary to identify, evaluate, mitigate, and monitor the Company's operational and strategic risks.
• Develops Enterprise Risk Management tools, practices, and policies to analyze and report enterprise risks, and to manage risks according to an enterprise risk management framework including the quantification of management’s risk appetite through specific risk limits, in view of general economic conditions and operating environment.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations mandated by legal and regulatory bodies as well as internal policies.
• Consulting approach to influence direction taken by business units on risk management issues that directly impact the strategic direction of the company.
• Establishing an integrated risk management function for all aspects of risk across the organization.
• Monitors and analyzes risks within the company's business units and reports on these risks to Risk Management Committee through implementing a set of risk metrics and reports, including losses and incidents, key risk exposures.
• Developing and maintaining a company-wide Operation Risk Management (ORM) policy framework and associated programs.
• Prepares a reports on selected risk topics as Board Credit & Risk Management Committee deems appropriate from time to time (i.e. liquidity and capital adequacy, proper functioning of processes and controls, regulatory changes, capital or servicing ratings by rating agencies etc.).
• Analyzing concentration along dimensions like product, exposure size and geography, and evolve strategies to proactively manage concentration risks.
• Analyzing the impact of stress conditions on the portfolio and different scenarios that SHL could encounter with an appropriate remedial action plan.
• Reporting the composition of the credit portfolio of SHL and movements in the portfolio on a regular basis to the Risk Management Committee, to the Audit Committee, Executive Committee and the BoDs.

 Involvement in localization of external scorecards in Moody's Risk Analyst system MRA platform from the risk assessment point of view.

 Involvement in application and behavioral scorecards maintenance, reporting and testing.

 Intensive use of SAS coding abilities and business rules area required for SABB contribution to this project.

 Develop clear Policy and procedural guidelines for risk decision strategies and associated risk assessment processes including challenger strategy development, strategy selection, deployment, monitoring, and review.

 Coordinating financial Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for Risk management. Department (RMD) aligning internal decisions with Human Resource Department (HRD) and Financial Control Department (FCD) policies and best practices.

 Analytical skills and as well as management skills to work with various departments and to implement change. Also, technical skills and experience to implement process changes/automation and mature understanding of risk/profitability relationship.
