Working as Service Delivery Manager for Mobily's special telecommunications projects (high in revenue and complexity) within the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
Parts of my role are;
- Maintaining the business relationship with mobily key clients by delivering concrete management solutions and services.
- Developing the required project documents to meet the client's expectations.
- Managing day-to-day operations of Eastern Province's special projects, updating the board meeting report for east province projects.
- Being in charge of managing the network between internal (Sales and engineering) and external (customers) in order to wipe out uncertainty and mess.
- Assuring the final products are delivered within SLA
-Providing continuous improvement to department via suggesting and contributing in department process reviews
- To provide technical supports to Mobily's special project customers as needful.
