Job Responsibilities - Functional Facilities Management
• Day to day supervision of hard and soft services
• Conduct inspections for all the assets
• Monitor and measure contractor performance, outputs, KPIs
• Communicate with various stakeholders
• Conduct verification inspections of completed works
• Coordinate and prioritize works (OPEX and CAPEX)
• Ensure all activities performed comply with local laws, statutory regulations and relevant codes
• Monitor daily service request and escalations
• Prepare scope of works and conduct technical review of proposals
• Prepare various reports as directed by management
• Provide site specific inductions and approvals of safe work method statements and/or work permits
• Liaise with authorities and management as and when required.

• Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
