 Direct, supervise and coordinate mechanical inspection/engineering QC activities with site team.
 Highlights the areas of potential non conformity, and advises for preventive action.
 Review and check submittals, shop drawings, equipment data, material samples and/or manufacturers for compliance with contract drawings and specifications. Coordinate with design team to resolve all construction issues, and quality related conflicts.
 Ensure that all requirements of the applicable specifications and drawings are complied with; and report on deficiencies and advise for the required corrections on site.
 Assist the site supervision team, carry out & implement the QA/QC program, attend quality weekly meetings.
 Implement the QA procedures, coordinate mechanical QC work with other technical disciplines to ensure activities going in safe manner and communicate to respective team the QA system requirements.
 Implement accident prevention plan. Promote safety goals and the culture of safety on the jobsite.
 Monitor the performance of all control activities and tests on mechanical systems and relevant.
 Identify non-conformances, lead its investigation with the relevant departments; and evaluate contractor’s submitted corrective & preventive action plan.
 Flag all concerns regarding contractor’s deviations from the set and approved quality plan; raise necessary NCR’S and coordinate with the area/assistant area manager on the NCR’s acceptable closing procedure.
 Participate in development of the commissioning plan, roles and responsibilities. Implement commissioning plan.

 Ensure that implemented works as site is as per approved IFC drawings, schematics and Contract Documents and Report to line manager in respect to site observation and quality issues.
 Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
 Review, assist daily report process and maintain the quality file system.
 Reviewing and commenting on the Contractor’s Material Inspection Requests (MIR) and technical submittals HVAC/Plumbing/Fire Fighting equipment/Materials etc.
 Conducting site acceptance test (SAT) and site integration test (SIT) in Mechanical system and relevant.
 Conducting inspections on Contractor’s installation of Mechanical Services such as HVAC- chillers AHU/FCUs/VAVs etc., Plumbing-Domestic Water, Drainage/Storm Water & Firefighting (Sprinklers-NFPA13/Wet Riser-NFPA14) in coordination with other services such as Electrical Architectural, structural etc. keeping in view the accessibility, maintainability, commission-ability In accordance with the approved Project Quality Plan (PQP)/Method Statement (MS/ITP) and QA/QC policies

 Conducting testing of Mechanical installations commissioned by the Contractors and witnessed approved by the independent 3rd party in line with the Project’s requirements and specifications.
 Follow up with Contractor’s compliance/rectification of Engineer’s comments to avoid potential Risk of possible delays and ensure no deviation from the approved Base Line Program of builder’s work.

 Maintain and monitoring the system which has been completed along with contractor for performance and maintenance required. And dealing with BMS and integrated works for Mechanical system and relevant.

Dealing with several departments like Mechanical, Electrical, process and instrumentation.
Learned to review the drawings and schematic of the respective projects including Legend/International
symbols & abbreviations etc.
Updating and modifying the drawings and schematics as and when required in line with the project
requirements.

Reviewing and commenting on the Contractor s technical submittals on HVAC/Plumbing/Fire
Fighting equipment/Materials etc.
