- Attend Handover Meeting

- Make tour to the Equipment’s
- Make troubleshooting for equipment’s during shift
- Clean and tracking the Equipment’s
- Complete all Preventive Maintenance TBM 52 Weeks
- Tracking Autonomous Maintenance requirements as equipment
Owner
- Complete all HS&E Requirements came from Preventive
Maintenance orders & Safety tours
- Do the safety tour and checks as system owner
- Complete all quality requirements came from Preventive
Maintenance orders & Quality tours
- Submit Kaizen (Suggestion or Idea) and OPL (One point lesson)
The shift operator tasks
- Attend Handover Meeting
- Complete Handover meeting action plan
- Make tour on the floor and working area
- Clean the working area
- Request the production plan raw material on the SAP
- Lifting of raw material to the dumping area
- Tracking Autonomous Maintenance requirements as equipment Owner
- Do the CIL (Cleaning and inspecting and lubricating) task as equipment owner
- Do the safety tour and checks as system owner
- Do the quality tour (hose keeping) requirements at the working area
- Submit Kaizen (Suggestion or Idea) and OPL (One point lesson)
- Identify and eliminate the defects on the equipment’s as equipment owner
- Take tour on the fine powder cycle - Clean the raw material systems filter
- Scrap the empty raw material bags and drums
- Issue work request for the big defects to central team
- Do the operational maintenance
- Issue quality alert report in needed
- Enter the equipment result in the equipment file

I start as Government relations representative and responsible for contracts after one year of hard work

I start with MVPI as inspector after I pass the inspector training course (with this training you will able
to check more than 70 parts in the vehicle). • I got promoted to be senior inspector leading the line with
the line crew from the line control room - Releasing the sticker for the pass cars - Checking all the
line equipment through the PLC - Leading the maintenance and cleaning of the line equipment • As
I am Saudi nationality and I can talk Arabic and English I came to be connection officer to explain failed
items in the vehicle to the consumer, after a GOOD performance they recommend my name for the assistant
station manager position, after I got the assistant manager course in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia capital) I worked
in Riyadh 2 month then Jeddah for 1 month after that I go back to Dammam as assistant station manager
The assistant have the full responsibility of the station after the station manager

- Other activity to insure all the station facility in a good condition
