Operate as trusted advisor and lead on the development and implementation of HR solutions in partnership with HR Corporate functions.
Act as an entry point of contact within the business unit for all people related issues and provide Business insight to HR.
Maintain the relationship between HR and the business and ensure high level of service quality provided to the business.
Provide consistent interface with the client and act as a sponsor for HR projects to be delivered in the business units.
Handling and addressing the succession planning, salary cycle, bonus cycle, performance system, training needs analysis, recruitment plan and exit interviews.
Managing and monitoring overall staff budget and adopting replacement mechanism for better staff expense and cost saving as coming from the business background and well understanding of the business point of view.
Meet with the business lines to review and update the structure and conduct job evaluation secessions with the OD specialist
Educate the business and leaders in all issued related to people in their area and encourage them to own the processes managing and developing their staff
Handled 22 middle market clients (below SAR 1 Billion in terms of revenue). These accounts cover diverse sectors (Contracting, Manufacturing, Trading, etc.) With an objective of converting new clients and maximizing existing client base through cross sell of various products offered by the bank.
Marketing, Negotiation and Structuring of funded and non-funded facilities for Corporate Clients.
Ensuring that all credit facilities are strictly in accordance with the Bank's credit policy and SAMA regulations.
Proactive relationship management by maintaining a close liaison with the clients to ensure that the credit risk is adequately monitored
I Have been selected to join an intensive training program for a period of 7 months at Saudi Hollandi Academy. The training included courses offered by internal and external trainers from Saudi Hollandi Bank, on the job training and an operational rotation throughout the four major departments of the bank (Retail, Corporate, Treasury and Investment).
