1. Overall in charge of coordination on all shop drawings approval, sample approvals, all revisions approval matters as per tender drawings, BOQ, design specifications.
2. Close coordination with Production, Purchase, Estimation, Project & Sales teams.
3. Attending Technical Design Meeting with the Client / Designer
4. Coordinating with Client’s Architect Coordinator / Civil Engineers.
5. Gathering all the required design information from the Client and Designer.
6. Distributing & briefing all project details, changes / revisions brief to Estimation Department.
7. Distributing all design information to Draughtsman for shop drawings preparation.
8. Preparing of shop drawings and getting approval from the Client / Designer and issuing to Project & Production Department.
9. Indicating all the required special materials / sample requests to Purchase & Project Department.
10. Gathering all required materials for the project from the suppliers.
11. Getting Approval for the required material sample from the client/Designer and handover to Purchase Department
12. Preparing List & Schedule of shop drawings.
13. Coordinating with Project Team & Production Team.
14. Visiting to the site and meeting with site supervisor & site team.
15. Responsible for their workforce. Has to prepare the necessary documents (e.i. manpower requests, change of designation, etc. ) for additional / replacement manpower, promotion, performance evaluation, review job descriptions, etc. and to follow up the process accordingly
Assigned as project manager for Fitout company working as the following:
1 kick of Meeting for starting project.
2- Review BOQ with Tender drawing.
3- Coordinate with all parties & looking for design/
commercial teams.
4-Review prepare log sheets & monitor it.
5-planning with weekly meetings & reports.
Working in several project on same time which is for commercial/residential project & high raised project
