Working under the Transformation Office Department to help BTIG become a performance driven organization toward achieving profitability and efficiency. My role and responsibilities include:
• Support in building corporate performance management and reporting cadence
• Lead communication and performance updates & tracking
• Mange some projects related to Transformation Office
• Monitor and analyze project progress and compliance
• Provide project management reporting and compliance
• Support in corporate strategy formulation (OGSM)
• Overall support in strategy execution
• Provide administrative support in senior management meetings, draft meeting minutes and summaries as required

I contributed in the efforts to grow ideas and companies to increase their likelihood of success, as well as create economic value at a national and global level. I also supported Start-ups in their search for enough financial backing to get off the ground. My role and responsibilities included:
• Develop innovation strategies
• Develop small business growth plans
• Develop and improve business models
• Develop feasibility studies and business plans
• Assist the start-ups to prove the validity of the concept to potential lenders and investors
• Provide support for more than 15 startups including assisting various government institutions in achieving their innovation-related requirements.
Leading Intellectual Property (IP) Commercialization related projects and providing consultations on various matters related to the innovation & entrepreneurship sector.
• Commercialization, worked with the inventors to develop their inventions, determine the appropriate commercialization pathway, and assess barriers to market entry, arriving at a go-to-market strategy.
• Development & Scale-Up, worked with the entrepreneurs on their start-ups by developing their operations, solving problems, providing smart & effective solutions, as well as working with them to set business & development plans to help them expand & to raise the market share of it.
After completion of Coop training (8 Months) in Baseqat, I’ve joined as a business analyst. My role and responsibilities included:
1. Innovation & Intellectual Property (IP) Commercialization: turning patents (inventions) into products or services to market for buying, selling, or licensing, and performing the following tasks:
• Analyze the risks by performing IP due diligence.
• Assist inventors in prototyping their inventions and linking them with investors and business partners.
• Review the customers' needs and problem solutions on the Prototype & MVPs.
• Develop solutions hand in hand with inventors to develop their product and content teams.
• Develop feasibility study and business plan.
2. Management Consultancy: Work with clients to help them understand and document business requirements, wither part of a project or a process improvement initiative in several sectors, in both the public and private sectors. One of these projects included:
• Defining strategic objectives, indicators, initiatives
• Building business strategies
• Designing KPIs
• Building business models
• HR Management Capacity Building
• Building Organizational Culture
