Update and Maintain the Annual Training Calendar for the entire Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for shamel Food company & Sub-Franchisees in quarterly basis

Supervising the Subway University and the learning cycle and increasing the the percentage of the completion rate of the learning courses to be 90 % instead of 55% which has reflected directly to the performance of staff in store level.
Supervising the hands on training in the training stores that are designated for coaching and training current employees as well as new hired
As a Food Safety Trainer, I train the managers to be food safety trainers for level 4 food safety as per the HACCP Standard and helped of implementation the ( Menu Safe System ) as a result of this implementation, the average Ticket has increased by 5% as a result of trusting our products
Lead (TNA) Training Needs Analysis for the in-store employees, and in-class trainees & develop programs based on needs analysis to assess the gap between current and required performance.
Customizing the training materials after conducting training need analysis and customize it as per the company’s need.
Analyzing the KPI's of Subway Stores (productivity, drink percentage, Units sold ) to increase their profitability and sales by giving recommended needed Workshops.
