• Set up new project folder and procedure.

• Follow up with all disciplines and be sure the DCL is updated
• Give a training to the Coop student and fresh graduate.
• Set up SharePoint folder.
• Provide all administrative support for the project team
• Being the vocal point between the client and the operation team (IT, facility, maintenance, HSE, transportation, security etc) and communicate their requirements, issue or complain to relevant departments and provide them their needs, solve their issues and satisfy them based on contract.
• Assisting and supporting PM & Sr.PE in their daily duties
• Review all documents for applicant to be sure they are qualified to be rostered under the GES+ projects.
• Set up a procedure for GES+ roster.
• Maintaining records, filing, logs, PAF, IR, OT request, petty cash, document log report, vacation plan, organization chart.
• Having a detailed report for the project belongs as cars services and maintenance, safety equipment, GPS, H2S detector and satellite.
• Office renovation
• Ensured the issuance of monthly report relating to staff activity such as holidays, sick days, new arrivals, resignation, end of contracts and terminations.
• Obtain information and assists with preparations of all kind of reports.
• Set up All meetings and arrange appointments
• Report developments to Project Manager using spreadsheet reports.
• Identify and work to remove barriers to successful completion of the overall project
