- Control Book Value Changes with a reasonable rate of change.
- Provide Corrective/Proactive Maintenance to Repairable systems.
- Forecast Assets based on Depreciation.

- Managing major maintenance job by integrating material requirements with maintenance jobs such (engine overhaul).
- Preventive Maintenance Planning
- Forecasting of Fast-moving Spare Parts.
- Managing and controlling Tires to maximize their life, and reduce cost associated with consumption quantity and missing cases.
- Assessing useful life of major parts and set optimal replacement time based on historical background
