• Dealing with CCTV, IP camera and access control
system.
• Dealing with UPS, QMS.
• Dealing with Nurse call system.
• Dealing with smart home systems (G4 &Hager)
Follow up the maintenance activities of complete production line with the
operation and maintenance company (contractor)
• Making RCA (Root cause analysis) for failures to prevent repetition.
• Prepare and study required modifications and upgrades of the equipment.
• Review scheduled shutdowns programs (PM) of the equipment (daily, weekly and
monthly) and annual shutdown plans.
• Making Pareto Analysis and cooperate with process and production team to
increase availability time of equipment
