budgeting and planning activities that related to Capex and OpEx projects of the company. Managed
the capital expenditure and operating expenses monitoring process to align Capex and OpEx activity
with the plans. Tasked with preparing the annual operational plan (AOP) and financial forecasts with
co-ordination of other divisions. Efficiently issued the CapEx variances report to monitor the projects.

1- Evaluating business cases in light of pricing & cost standards of the company.

2- Updating Annual Operating Plan (AOP) model for Operating & Capital expenditures, Revenue, and Human Resource (Headcounts), also allocating budget on sector wise and circulating them accordingly.

3- Analyzing revenue by product in terms of #. Of active links and MRC on monthly basis, built into quarterly & yearly frequency and compare them with budgeted assumptions.

4- Analyzing sub-accounts (vender wise) operating expenses in terms of actual activity as booked on monthly basis, built into quarterly & yearly frequency and compare with recurring expenses in budgeted assumptions.

5- Extracting standard cost per product rolled over to services level & then to segment level to compare with actual cost behavior on monthly basis, built into quarterly & yearly frequency.

6- Controlling expenses for fixed assets & Expenses vs. budged through Request to Purchase (RTP’s) level. In addition of Comparing approved RTP's with corresponding PO's at month end and determines variance.

6- Monitoring comparison of key KPI's with other telecom operators like EBITDA margin, Net Profit margin, Expense to revenue ratios, ROA, ROE & Current ratio etc.; on quarterly & yearly frequency.

7- Involved on some treasury work, such as following the L/G’s, preparing the "daily cash position" to make a decision if needed by the manager, and monitoring treasury employees.
