Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe acts, and violations of safety
procedures.
● Implement PTW (Permit to Work) for hot work, confined space, electrical isolation, lifting, and
other high-risk activities.
● Preparing and delivering toolbox talks and ensuring workers understand job hazards before
starting work.
● Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and follow up on
corrective actions.
