distributes products in the middle east, and having global annual revenue
exceeding 10 billion Euro. I lead IT department which caters to 1000+ user across 25 branches in 3 countries.

RECENT ACHIEVEMENTS
· Setup IT infrastructure, ERP and multiple business applications across UAE and Oman in 2020 as part of regional synergy and 3 million Euro savings.
· Seamless system integration for KRAFT acquisition, legal entities merger and new production setup.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Program co-lead for regional digital transformation which includes SAP S/4 HANA,
Analytics, Robotic process automation (RPA), Power platform, Digital Shelf, Trade
promotion optimization, Azure Cloud hub and customer insights.
· Co-develop 5-year IT roadmap and yearly objectives partnering regional
management, global IT, and business leads.
· Lead delivery of ERP in Saudi Arabia, UAE and Oman with finance, manufacturing,
trade, planning and warehousing modules.
· Lead multiple system implementation including IBM TM1, Regional Payroll, Sales
force automation, INFOR WMS, Distributor analysis, Business Intelligence, and
infrastructure with virtualized data center, SD WAN, and fully wireless facilities.
· Oversee IT operations and service delivery to make sure IT needs of business are
fulfilled.
· Manage 11 direct reports, IT CAPEX / OPEX, external audits and regulatory
requirements.
· Oversee the service desk and IT support including Incident, Problem, Change and
configuration management.
· Manage a mix of outsource / internal services to focus on business priorities and
cost optimization.
· Negotiate / renegotiate vendor contracts and oversee deliveries as per SLA, budget
and quality specifications.
· Perform resource planning, selection, on-boarding, coaching and performance
reviews.
· Provide consultancy on technology implication during business discussions.
· Developed user communities and learning platforms.

Worked in different capacities with progressively greater responsibilities in IT
department.
· Lead IT team for development and implementation of sales automation system.
Confidently proposed solution to mitigate vendor continuity risks and cost savings
of 900 K SAR.
· Rollout and administration of Microsoft Dynamics ERP, multiple business
