• Responsible for the delivery of end to end solutions to fulfill business requirement using Oracle Web Logic Portal & Oracle OSB for integrating with Ooredoo BSS systems (Billing, IN, Subscription life cycle management, mediation, provisioning, whole sale billing, voucher management & Etopup, CRM, CMS, Portals, IVR, POS, Integration layer, Kiosk, Digital channels, sales & customer care related tools), Siebel, DWH (Data warehouse system) and Bank Payment Gateways.
• Work closely with the customer technology department, understand their requirements, preparing technical solutions, interfacing with the engineering teams to develop and present end-to-end solutions demonstrations to Ooredoo customer.
• Responsible for Oracle WebLogic Portal & OSB applications architecture, design, implementation, acceptance until handover to Managed services organization for all IT Services, and Products, launched in Market.
• Perform technical system analysis, implementation of new products/services being introduced by Ooredoo Telecom’s Business Teams and lead the development team to deliver the change request and project with smooth quality and time to market.
• Provide proactive plan and solution to operation team in order to fix operational production issues.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate SAP & Oracle implementers’ proposals for Mawarid ERP system and select the best ERP implementer as member of decision making team.
• Take a lead role in the planning, design, customization, deployment and implementation of SAP Retail Solution for Al-Mawarid Company.
• Project management of ERP implementation using ASAP methodology for implementing the following SAP modules:
o SAP Finance & Controlling, Purchasing, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain/Manufacturing, Human Resource, Asset & Property Management, Merchandise Management, Sales & Distribution, Production Planning / Quality Management, etc.;
• Expert understanding of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Discipline (Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, HR, Communications, Risk & Procurement Management).
• Establish and maintain successful partnership with all team members.
• Conduct project communication meetings, presentations and documentation.
• Project management of project plan, scope, costs, schedule and quality of deliverables.
• Lead and mentor as required all project team members on ERP implementation.
• Define and ensure project resource requirements are staffed to appropriate levels.
• Manage project resource participation and effective contribution.
• Manage and document project issues and risk mitigation through resolution.
• Report to the Director of IT.
Project:
Mawarid Data Center Renovation, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
• Take a lead role in the planning, design, and renovation of large complex data center.
• Translate company requirements into formal agreements and plans to culminate in company acceptance of results while meeting business and contractual objectives
• Monitor and report on the progress of data center design, construction and commissioning activities, including significant milestones and any conditions that would affect project cost or schedule.
• Develop project scope, integration of engineering/technical aspects, procurement activities, and key contractor and subcontractor oversight.
• Promote technical excellence through application of quality assurance processes and weekly status meetings including formulating project action items.
• Revenue and profit objectives of contracts and projects
• Identify estimates and presenting cost, schedule, business and technical risk
• Financial baseline of the project, and accountable for project results
• Direct interface with company staff (business and IT) as well as Hardware Suppliers
• Performing activities to ensure company satisfaction
• Install and configure Oracle WebLogic & Oracle10g Application Server in a highly available environment (Active/Active).
• Design and implement of Telecom e-Business Internet Portal using Oracle Portal 10g, WebCenter and Liferay.
• Integrate TABS billing system with Telecom e-Business Internet Portal.
• Provide Single Sign On (SSO) access to Telecom e-Business Internet Portal.
• Integrate Telecom Portal with FirstHop messaging system, Way4 Payment Gateway, and Huawei external portals.
• Integrate Oracle E-Business Suite 12i with Oracle Single Sign On Server and with Oracle Portal 10g.
• On-Site Administer and Support TABS billing system which is based on Oracle RAC, SOA, and ADF.
• Upgrade and handling performance issues of TABS billing system which is based on Oracle Fusion Middleware.
• Secure customers' Intranet and Internet sites by installing and configuring SSL on different applications tiers.
• Implementation and Performance reviews of Oracle Discoverer queries.
Responsibilities:
• Owning and resolving problems and managing customer expectations throughout the SR lifecycle in accordance with global standards
• Ensuring critical service requests (SRs) and work failures are assigned and processed during the active shift.
• Maintaining product expertise in assigned cluster and ensuring consistency and continuity of technical and customer handling.
• Reducing escalations
• Working towards, adopting, and contributing to new processes and tools (Oracle Web Conference (OWC), diagnostic methodology, health checks, scripting tools, etc.)
• Contributing to knowledge management content creation and maintenance
• Participating in root cause and corrective action (RC/CA) activities defined within one’s cluster
• Working with development on product improvement programs (testing, SRP, BETA programs, etc.) as required
• Operating within Oracle business processes and procedures
