Operational manager responsible for sales, profit, advertisement, procurement, logistics and inventory management at artch lounge & artch media companies, specialized in university students printing and designing and implementing architecture work during the period of their study, media work for the market, social media, advertising campaigns (banners, flex, stickers, fleet stickers, store signs, stickers) sales, web design, posters, brochures, business cards.

Shopping notes, request for quotation RFQ, invitation to bid ITB, Bid opening reports, request for quotation RFA, contracts, Tender clearance.
Supply chain, Logistics management and transportation, warehouse, Vendor management, Suppliers.
Purchase Orders, goods upon receipts, payments, ONEUNOPS program.
Process and tasks Monitoring. Goods, services, and work inspection reports (RIR). Information organizing, filling soft (electronic) and hard copy. Maintain database (supliers, assets).
Market search for sources (Suppliers) depending on type of work needed.
Monitor organizational compliance with regulations, stock levels, delivery times, quality, quantity, transportation costs and efficiency.
Estimating prices for the product with a clear plan through calling, meeting suppliers if required (complex work, or contact signature), and multitask work.
• Plan, develop and implement strategy for operational management and development to meet agreed performance plans within agreed budget and timescale covering relevant areas of operation such as: distribution, administration, logistics, quality control and quality assurance, warehouses raw and finished etc...
• Inventory control and management, make spread sheets and revise daily selling and invoices every week, monthly stock report check to balance over stocking and out of stock items.
• Local & international market search for products needed, checking prices depending on quantity, quality, date of delivery, availability and making orders.
• Request shipping prices from multiple couriers and ensure tracking orders and custom clearance for the international orders.
• Work with everyone around as a team and manage processes time to make a feasible decision to finish up work and projects on time, considering the organization and partner’s interest.
• Stock and materials management.
• Recruit, and select team members.
• Ensure activities meet with organizational requirements for quality management, health, safety, environment if possible, and general duty of care.
• Visiting customers, follow up with customers (after sales service), checking, testing equipment and maintenance.
• Execute the responsibilities of a company director according to lawful and ethical standards.
After the post conflict at Iraq the crisis led to camp building on the border.
The job details was leading a team of 2 to 3 persons (depending on the refugee’s number) to guide the refugees arriving from camps, or transiting to another country through the airport by supporting them through the departure process, including meals and Report periodically to my supervisor, evaluate jobs, improve the process and solve obstacles.
Deadlines always met even under high pressure.
After the post conflict at Iraq the crisis led to camp building on the border.
