Working in Saudi Aramco Inspection Department(C&PPID/SKPIS/WRPIU) for KAUST and National Guard Family Compound Projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and inspect all Communication erection/installation/pre-commissioning activities of contractor is in accordance with Communication Project, Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards SAES, BICSI-TDMM, STC Standards & NFPA 70 Standards etc.
Supervise and Inspect the Installation, Testing and Pre-commissioning of Fiber Optic Cable.
Monitoring all stages of the project cycle from design review up to approval oSpecificationsf final MCC to ensure compliance with applicable MSAERs and project specifications.
Inspect material and equipment as applicable to ensure compliance with SAUDI ARAMCO requirements for proper handling, storage and protection at SAUDI ARAMCO facilities and/or construction sites.
Record legibly and accurately all controversial and non-complying construction practices, materials and equipment and report to supervisor detailed potential problems for early resolution.
Write inspection reports Log Book Entries LBEs and initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Worksheets (WSs) and Equipment Deficiency Report (EDRs) as needed.
Review Contractors 2-Week Look-ahead Schedule to assist in the planning of inspection coverage of the work activities.
Conducting Walkthrough and Prepare Exceptional Item List (EIL) for the PMCC requested by PMT.
Review the qualifications and experience of the contractors QC personnel related to construction phases, conduct their interviews/examination for approval or disapproval.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards, Saudi Aramco Construction Safety Manual, Reporting Unsafe act/condition, reporting near miss, reporting major/minor injury and procedures complying with legal regulations and Attend monthly Safety Meeting.
Working as Low Current, Security System Engineer
• Study and Designing, Testing and commissioning for the Security System, CCTV, and Telecommunication system as per Engineering Request form all the Airport Facilities.
• Designing of Security System (CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm system).
• Estimation for material and Manpower of all Engineering Requests.
• Dealing with the Vendors for the Material required for the engineering request.
• Monitoring for Configuration of CCTV System with IP and Analog cameras as per KFIA standards.
• Designing, Testing and Commissioning for Intruder Alarm and Detection System.
• Integrating the different Security System.
• Troubleshooting, and problem solving, either in programming or in the configuration of the security systems.
• Partially working with IT- Networking (Installation, commissioning and troubleshooting for Laptops and Desktops)
• Solely responsible for Installation and Commissioning Security System, CCTV System, EAS System, Access Control Systems..
• Designing of Security System, CCTV System, EAS System, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm System, Smoke Detectors
• Responsible for Configuration of CCTV System with IP and Analog cameras.
• Demonstration of Security, CCTV, Access Control Systems and EAS Systems. Explaining the client about procedure of using the systems and clarifying their doubts if any regarding the systems.
• Programming of CCTV, Access Control Systems and EAS i.e. coding the devices by dumping software into the system.
• Estimating, Designing the Project with customizing according to clients budget & specifications.
• Troubleshooting, and problem solving, either in programming or in the configuration of the security systems.
• Training, mentoring the new technical team members for organizational growth & development.
• Souring new products to meet the market requirement helping the organisational growth.
• Enhancing business through new products evaluation by qualifying and analyzing requirements of the prospect.
• Market survey & product analysis of competitors’ market activity & reporting feedback to the management.
• Partially active in getting sales as CCTV, Access Control Systems and EAS projects for the company.
