Coordination with Client, Architecture, Consultant and sub contractors of Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation works, Arranging & forecasting of manpower, material, as per project requirement in Clean room facility construction in Pharmaceutical industries. Responsible for smooth running of projects, utilization of site resources effectively, ensuring safety & quality as per the company standards, Assigning & monitoring task to the site staff, report the progress of work to the General Manager and Customer on regular basis.
Coordination with Design team to ensure Execution is carried out as per Design specifications/drawings and to identify deviations and take suitable corrective action as per site condition with client acceptance.
Attending Snag points at end of the project and rectify them to resolve issues and smooth handing over of project with proper documentation for system qualification.

Technical) Mechanical:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordination with Main Contractor & sub contractors, Arranging & forecasting of manpower, material, tools & machineries as per project requirement, strictly follow up & chase the site staff to complete the project as per target program & in budget cost.
Responsible for smooth running of projects, utilization of site resources effectively, ensuring safety & quality as per the company standards, Assigning & monitoring task to the site staff, report the progress of work to the Project Manager.
Keeping track of As built documents for smooth handover of project.
Ensure correct reporting of project status to the top management.
Attending Snag/Defect works at end of the project and similarly preparing documentation.
Involve to give Mechanical equipment training to Client.
Preparations of quotations, variations, substantiation & running bills of concerned projects . Firefighting systems, HVAC system, Mechanical water piping (Compressor, Garden, Soft water, Filter water) .
Assisting for preparing shop drawings.
Assisting in preparing material approval request submittals & obtaining approvals at same time before starting of project

Installation of Water cooled chiller (500 TR - 2Nos), Installation of Cooling Tower (500 TR - 1No, 300 TR - 1No, 200 TR - 1 No), Centrifugal pumps and their piping.
Installation of Air cooled chiller (250 TR - 3Nos), Fan Coil units (FCU’s), Air Handling Units and their piping.
Installation of Exhaust blower, Dry air scrubber unit, MS Ducting, Air washer unit, GI Ducting, & HVAC Piping.
Nature of work
This includes erection of Water cooled chiller, Cooling Tower, Centrifugal pumps, fabrication of MS C Class pipelines, welding and testing of joints (Hydro testing). And also the fabrication and erecting of steel structures for cooling tower, civil structure for Air cooled chiller.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensuring the works is performed in accordance with the specifications/procedures. Responsible for the successful execution of the contractual and statutory requirements . Liaise with project manager, Design engineer, and scheduler for look ahead and target programs. Coordinating and controlling the activities of work crews and subcontractors. Utilize, monitor & maintain project schedules, drawings, specifications, daily tasks. Checking the progress of the work at sites .

Supervision of all Erection & Commissioning of AHU, Heat Recovery Wheel, Dehumidifier, Dust Collector, Air washer and Installation of Ducting, Piping manifolds.
•Responsible for direct supervision of onsite sub contractors, chairing meeting.
•Initiating the project, defining project scope and preparing the project plan.
•Assisting in the development and expansion of pipeline networks, Ducting works, erection works and improving engineering facilities.
•Following technical specifications and preliminary design criteria for project including scope of work.
•Identifying project needs, solving engineering problems relating to the continuous execution of project work.
•Identifying ongoing project risks and assigning and mitigating risks.
•Prioritized scope activities to most efficiently meet project schedule requirements
•Reporting project status at progress meetings.
•Ensuring all resources (man power and materials) provided as per the contractor's scheduled plan.
•Dealing with logistic executive to procure the material as per the site requirement and according to the project requirement.
•Coordinating with validation team in various tests like: Air flow velocity test, Air borne particle count test, pressure balancing, filter integrity test, Temperature & RH mapping etc.,
•Continuously updated project drawings and documents to final As-built status. (Coordinating with AUTO-CAD draftsmen.)
