• Lead the vast IFS ERP/SAP Implementation for the global operations for Culligan Middle East for 6 divisions on various verticals such as Sales and Service Management, EAM, Manufacturing, Finance, FSM, IFS Equipment, Maintenance repair and SCM Distribution in alignment with the vision of the executive committee.

• Create robust database backup and storage plan using Oracle inbuilt backup mechanisms as well as third party backup tools. Performed various types of Oracle database recovery during critical situations; Configured and setup standby servers with an automatic failover mechanism to ensure clients a 100% database uptime
