One of the specialized staff of Finance Team of Al Ghaith, I work as an interface of the finance department with other department for all Real estate & Trading activities and reporting to CFO & GM.
• Preparation of financial reports up to finalization.
• Leading and managing the team of accountants and commercial assistants.
• Deliberating issues on Annual Financials with Auditors and finalizing them as per IFRS.
• Ensuring timely submission of reports and statements to the management & FIs.
• Generating monthly MIS report.
• Liaison with Banks and financial institutions for facilities.
• Create and manage compilation of monthly core data for future management decision.
• Acting as bridge of coordination, communication and expertise between system vendor and the department to support implementation and development of account chart and software.
