The division include 5 owned concepts (Ontime - Trinkets - Time+More - 10:10 - Dyrberg/Kern) that retail more than 50 International Fashion brands such as Michael Kors, Burberry, DKNY, Lacoste, Tommy Hilfiger and many others. My task was to establish a Marketing Department for the division. Key Achievements:

o Established Regional Marketing department from scratch
Mobile App.
o Reviewing contractual agreement and contracts for all brands Web Design
o Set corporate and individual brands marketing strategies
o Annual Budgeting for more than 50 brands in addition to corporate brands.

o Media planning covering 360 degrees marketing - for 3 years all Campaigns achieved high ROI and increased positive brand awareness in all markets
o Created one of the most successful promotional campaigns that included: Inventing the idea, forecasting financial study, system preparation, staff training, ROI reporting and Performance analysis.
