Working directly with the regional office in Dubai and managing Kuwait Market through direct distribution method with the following responsibilities:
Stock Management (Ensure stock availability and avoid over stocking on slow movers).
Ensure availability of point of sale material.
Follow the products merchandizing guidelines
Stocking units are displayed as per guidelines.
Ensure enough space allocation within the point of sale.
Ensure the best relation with the retailers at all moments.
Coordinate and align brand strategy with corporate marketing plan.
Implement promotions to help liquidate limited editions and slow moving items.
Make sure to fill up business boards (Budget Follow up, Order forms, Reports).
Suggest media plan.
Follow up on budget implementation.
Control of A&P expenditures.
Organize trainings.
Provide strategic direction by developing and overseeing marketing programs for the brands, Build Annual Business plan to reflect brand positioning, Coordinate and Align brand strategy with corporate marketing plan, Review market research to anticipate competition and market trends, Negotiation and Co-ordination of Managerial Functions, Stock Management, Control of A&P Expenditures, Advertising & Promotional Activities, Meetings with Key retailers to maintain excellent relationships, Market visits on daily basis to maintain the brands image (Merchandising, POSM, Staff, Animation), Reporting on the Competition Major Activities and Attendance in all Annual Seminars (Berlin, Geneva, & Sharm El-Sheikh).
Full responsibilities of the group work in Kuwait which is handling the following: Sales and Marketing Plan, Control of A&P Expenditures, Profits and Pricing, Stock Management, Advertising & Promotional Activities, Ordering and Forecasting, Monitoring and Reporting on the Competition Major Activities, Dealing with local distributors and there sales representatives, Staff Training (weekly meetings with the sales team to review the sales and achievements) and Market Visits.
Marketing Surveys, Negotiations with Principals, Stock Management, Planning the special offers & promotions, Evaluating the offers and directing the staff through it, and Conducting staff training programs.
I contributed in developing an E-Commerce software, It was based on VB 6.0 and Microsoft Access.
